Project Management

  • We secure necessary building permits.
  • A project schedule is provided with specified start and finish dates for your project.
  • A weekly meeting date is set between client and Project Manager.
  • A lead carpenter is assigned to your project and will be responsible for all day-to-day communication with you, from the start of construction to its completion.
  • We provide your property with a thorough dust protection system that separates the construction area from the rest of your home.
  • We coordinate the work of all tradesmen and inspectors.
  • We promise timely completion of punch list at project completion.
  • We provide certificate of insurance/release of liens if requested.
