By far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Compared to our neighbors, of whom many have had remodels, these guys are just first rate. Their craftsmanship was superior. They worked on every little detail as if it was their own home. In the end, we have the kitchen that we wanted. It looks terrific. I work in the commercial design industry for a living but during the pandemic I took on a side project in residential design. I have worked with many contractors professionally and Jason and his team are phenomenal in every sense; communication was prompt and transparent, the quality of the deliverables was flawless (better than what I’ve seen on some commercial jobs), and he worked with me and my client to ensure that we were working within our budget. When an issue arose that required work from multiple vendors to resolve to the clients satisfaction, Jason went above and beyond by going out of his pocket to schedule said work from each vendor to make it right with the client. Kirkpatrick’s Construction was an incredible fit for us. We were thoroughly impressed by their professional and honest demeanor. KC was well aware of our home’s 26 years of sentimental family value and they displayed their respect for that each step of the way. KC crafted a masterpiece while retaining our home’s unique characteristics. And that was important to us. A complete renovation of our entire first floor, down to concrete floors and studs; our foyer, kitchen, family room, dining room, dining area, bar, laundry room, a bathroom, a bedroom, two fireplaces and two staircases. KC made every accommodation possible for us and were considerate of our family’s space and time.
