A complete renovation of our entire first floor, down to concrete floors and studs; our foyer, kitchen, family room, dining room, dining area, bar, laundry room, a bathroom, a bedroom, two fireplaces and two staircases. KC made every accommodation possible for us and were considerate of our family’s space and time. I work in the commercial design industry for a living but during the pandemic I took on a side project in residential design. I have worked with many contractors professionally and Jason and his team are phenomenal in every sense; communication was prompt and transparent, the quality of the deliverables was flawless (better than what I’ve seen on some commercial jobs), and he worked with me and my client to ensure that we were working within our budget. When an issue arose that required work from multiple vendors to resolve to the clients satisfaction, Jason went above and beyond by going out of his pocket to schedule said work from each vendor to make it right with the client. Needless to say, the client was over the moon and could not be happier with the renovation!
