Julie’s Addition and First Floor Remodel

To create more space for a gourmet kitchen and office by adding a two floor addition. Removing walls and adding beams to open up the house and transform it into a new inviting home.

After starting design we honed in on the kitchen and office design to ensure the new addition spaces complemented and integrated the new and existing spaces together.  Julie and her husband are both tall, so we increased the normal countertop height to accommodate them.

Juile’s new addition and connecting spaces allowed for the transformation of the new spacious kitchen and office as well as opening up the over all flow of the first floor. Adding a new large deck created additional outdoor space off of the kitchen. The end result is a beautifully remodeled space that better serves her family with plenty of room for entertaining.
